  • January 13, 2009: According to our negotiation with IEEE CS Press, IEEE CS has agreed our proposed items:
    (1) Paper format keeps unchanged, all accepted authors can continue using our format (i.e.,"Instruct8.5x11", posted in our conference website). Therefore all authors did not necessary change the paper format in terms of their template ("Instruct8.5x11x2", posted in Author Kit). You can submit the final version checked by conference chair in December 2008 to IEEE CS before 30 January, 2009. Notice: Authors did not change the format, if changed, final rejection will be responsible for authors themselves.
    (2) The page limit is okay, we still use 5-page regular papers, 4-page short papers and 3-page poster papers regardless of the paper specification on the Author Kit Page. Some extra pages are allowed if authors have paid their extra page fee. All extra page fees will be paid by Conference to IEEE CS, you can ignore paper specification in the Author Kit page. Notice: Authors can not add extra pages in final submission, if added, extra fees will be charged. Authors should use their final version to IEEE CS.
    (3) The electronic copyright form (eCF) must be submitted to IEEE CS via online way before 30 January, 2009. If IEEE CS did not receive your copyright form on 30 January 2009, your paper will not be published by IEEE CS. Please pay attention to the e-CF submission.
    (4) The PDF eXpress Online File Conversion/PDF Validation Tool will be available on January 16, 2009. We have requested IEEE CS to open the tool as early as possible.
    (5) Camera-ready Paper and e-Copyright Form must be submitted to IEEE CS before and by January 30, 2009. It is a hard deadline, please note with the deadline.

For the convenience of authors, the submission deadline of revised paper is extended to January 6, 2009 (24:00, Pacific Eastern Time). It is a hard deadline. If your papers are not accepted as the camera-ready paper on that time, your papers will be rejected automatically. (3) Paper Publication: On January 9-10, 2009, all registered authors will be invited to submitted to their camera-ready papers to IEEE Computer Society Press for final publication. At the same time, the IEEE e-Copyright Form (eCF) should also be submitted to IEEE CS Press via an online way. If the eCF is not submitted to IEEE CS Press, the IEEE CS Press will reject your paper for final publication. The duration of camera-ready-paper submission and IEEE eCF submission is Twenty Days (January, 9, 2009-January 30, 2009).
